    If a cardholder makes a fraudulent transaction and the company cannot recover that expense from the cardholder, it can waive its liability for these transactions:

    • USD25,000 per cardholder
    • USD1,650,000 per company per year
    • The company has 45 days to file detailed proof of loss

  • Card protection services

    Extended warranty

    Extended warranty doubles the repair period offered by the original manufacturer’s warranty for up to 1 year, allowing cardholders the benefit of extra protection. Refer to the terms and conditions for full policy details, including cover, conditions, limits and exclusions.

    Buyer's protection

    Cardholders receive complimentary buyer's protection insurance, providing cover for theft, accidental damage or non-delivery of eligible purchases, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
